What Happens to a Cash Bond After the Case Ends?
Sarasota Clerk explains that certain unpaid prosecution costs, representation costs, court fees and criminal penalties can be deducted from a cash appearance bond before any return.

What If a Sarasota Court Date Was Missed?
For certain county-criminal cases, the Clerk publishes a limited procedure that can help a person ask the court to address a bench warrant and set a new court date.

Special Rule for Sarasota Crash Reports

The Sheriff’s page says commissary deposits are non-refundable, but when an inmate is released before placing an order, the inmate account balance is refunded by check.
